Maharashtra FDA Intensifies Checks on Edible Oil as Part of all-India Drive

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Maharashtra, is intensifying regular checking of edible oil. Samples of edible oil are taken by FDA officials and sent for laboratory testing on a regular basis as well as during special drives.Following instructions by Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), states have launched a surveillance campaign of edible oil and vanaspati as well as multi-source edibleis zinc glycinate good for you oil (MSEO).
