McDonald’s India &8211; North &038; East has introduced 100% contactless ordering across its select restaurants in Delhi NCR, as a part of its commitment to the safety and wellness of its customers. The contactless ordering service will be available in select restaurants across the North and East region by the end of July.

First-time users can scan the QR code that is prominently displayed across select restaurants in North and East, using the camera of a smartphone to access the online menu, place the order and select a takeaway/dine-in option, as per convenience. Customers will receive an order confirmation on the screen as well as on WhatsApp, which they can show to the counter crew to receive the order. For future orders, a link to the menu will be available on WhatsApp.
